It replenishes the five electrolytes lost through sweat with each easy to mix bottle of Isotonic Hydration containing 240mg sodium, 90mg Potassium, 25mg Magnesium, 70mg Chloride and 36mg Calcium.

Isotonic Hydration also contains postbiotics (heat-treated microflora) and calcium to support digestion. Postbiotics are similar to Probiotics but have been grown to maturity and heat treated so that they take effect immediately.
