What shipping carrier do you use and how long will delivery take?
We ship via DPD Next Working Day for orders placed before 3pm. Please allow 1 working day for order handling and dispatch, plus 1 working day transit.
Do you ship internationally?
At present, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any items.
How do I start a return?
Simply complete the Customer Returns Form and we'll be in touch within 24-48hrs with a resolution.
I ordered over the Christmas period—do I get extra time?
Yes! Orders placed between October 31st and December 31st can be returned up until January 31st.
What happens if I order after the 3pm cut-off?
Orders placed after 3pm will enter our handling queue the next working day, and you’ll then need 1 working day for processing plus the usual 1 working day for DPD delivery.
